FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- 01Our creations are printed and shipped from various partner workshops, mainly in Europe, but also in the United States and elsewhere, depending on your address, to guarantee fast, responsible delivery.
- 02As each item is printed especially for you, we only accept returns in the case of defective, damaged products or manufacturing errors. If this is the case, please contact us within 14 days with photos of the problem, and we'll find a rapid solution (replacement or refund).
- 03To preserve colors and print quality: • Wash inside out, cold, with similar colors. • Avoid tumble-drying or prefer gentle air-drying. • Do not iron directly on the pattern.
- 04We process each order very quickly: if you wish to cancel or modify, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has already started, we won't be able to make any changes, but contact us anyway, we'll do our best!
- 05Yes, we deliver throughout Europe and to many other countries. Delivery times and costs vary according to destination, and are indicated when you place your order.
- 06We work with certified suppliers and favor eco-responsible materials whenever possible. Our on-demand production limits textile waste. We are constantly striving to improve the ecological impact of our products and packaging, and are always on the lookout for new, more sustainable solutions.
- 07You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped. Check your spam folder if you don't see anything.
- 08Of course you can! Simply enter the recipient's address when ordering. Invoices are not enclosed with the parcel.
- 09Write to us via our contact form or by email: we respond quickly to any questions about products, orders or deliveries.
- 10Our products are made to order to avoid overproduction. It generally takes 2 to 5 working days for manufacture, then 3 to 7 working days for delivery, depending on your location.
