These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Jungle Graffiti website, as well as any purchases made through it. By placing an order on our site, you agree to the conditions described below.
1. ORDERS
Each product is made to order to reduce overproduction and avoid unnecessary stock. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing the items purchased and the delivery information.
Jungle Graffiti reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, incomplete information, or payment issues.
2. PRODUCT MANUFACTURING
Our products are manufactured and shipped through partners specialized in print‑on‑demand, operating international production centers. Depending on your location, your order may be produced in the most suitable facility to optimize delivery times and reduce logistical impact.
Slight variations in color, placement, or finish may occur between the visuals displayed on the website and the final product.
3. SHIPPING
The manufacturing time is generally 3 to 7 business days before shipping. Average delivery times are estimated as follows:

Europe: 6–8 business days

United States: 3–4 business days

Japan: 4–8 business days

Australia: 2–14 business days

International: 10–20 business days
These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on the period, carriers, or customs procedures.
Customs Fees
For international orders outside the European Union, local authorities may apply taxes or customs duties. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
4. ORDER TRACKING
An email containing a tracking number is sent as soon as the order has been shipped. If you encounter any delivery issues, please contact us at: contact@junglegraffiti.fr
5. INCORRECT ADDRESS
The customer is responsible for the delivery information provided at the time of purchase. If an incorrect or incomplete address results in the parcel being returned, reshipping fees may apply.
6. DAMAGED PRODUCTS OR ORDER ERRORS
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and include:

photographs of the item concerned,

a description of the issue encountered.
After review, a replacement or a refund may be offered.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Since each item is made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted for sizing errors, incorrect choices, or change of mind. No refund can be issued except in the following cases:

defective product,

manufacturing error,

incorrect item received.
We encourage you to carefully review the size guides before placing any order.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L221‑28 of the French Consumer Code and the European Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products or items made to order.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Jungle Graffiti website — including visuals, designs, logos, text, and graphic creations — is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, use, or exploitation without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Jungle Graffiti cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including:

logistical disruptions,

strikes,

customs delays,

carrier service interruptions.
