At Jungle Graffiti, each product is made to order to reduce overproduction and promote a more responsible manufacturing approach.
SHIPPING
Processing Times
Orders are generally prepared within 3 to 7 business days before shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery times are:

International: 10–20 business days
These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on peak periods, carriers, or customs procedures.
Order Shipping
We work with international partners specialized in print‑on‑demand. Depending on your location, your order may be produced and shipped from the most suitable production center to optimize delivery times.
Customs Fees and Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and depend on the regulations of the destination country.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. If your order appears delayed or missing, we recommend first:

Incorrect Address
The customer is responsible for the delivery information provided at checkout. If an incomplete or incorrect address results in the parcel being returned, reshipping fees may apply.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
As each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges related to sizing errors, change of mind, or incorrect product selection. We encourage you to carefully review the size guides before confirming your order.
Defective Products or Order Errors
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at: contact@junglegraffiti.fr

After review, a replacement or refund may be offered.
Right of Withdrawal
